It’s almost that time of year again! Christmas Count season, that is! We need both feeder counters and field observers for the South Bend Christmas Bird Count, to be held on Saturday, December 14th. The count circle is a 7.5-mile radius centered on downtown South Bend. There is a large area to cover and quite the variety of habitats. A compiler party will be held this year on the evening of the count to tabulate preliminary results. Refreshments will be provided.
